Agile Software Project Manager

Runbeck Election Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is dynamic and excited about being part of a fast-moving and growing team. You will collaborate across the organization to execute on the most important priorities. You will lead projects from conception to implementation and play a significant role in the overall success of the organization. You bring discipline and care about implementation practices. You are an expert with Agile/Scrum processes and employ many other techniques to bring a high level of software craftsmanship to your finished product. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities. • Manage to delivery dates and timelines based upon commitments to business partners. • Provide technical input and expertise in the development of program or project solutions and in the

communication of technical issues to work teams. • Work with cross-functional teams to manage alerts and monitor system-level performance metrics. • Responsible for completion of root cause analysis, problem management and management report out. • Manage root cause analysis to identify and eliminate the cause of break/fix issues resulting in improved

program performance. • Ensure technology solutions adhere to change management and release management processes. • Plan and lead development efforts for complex, high-priority initiatives. • Identify, track and communicate the connections and dependencies among individual projects. • Collaborate with Development teams to ensure smooth project transition to Field support. • Strong Risk Management experience and proactively identifies and remediates risk and blockers issues. • Actively participate, plan and execute within the development and program life cycle of assigned project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in product/project/program management within software development • Deep understanding and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master Preferred but not required) • Strong understanding and experience working with .Net, web application development and working with APIs • Development experience preferred but not required • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to create effective presentations • Self-motivator with strong sense of initiative • Product/Project/Program management and organization skills • Detail and deadline oriented • Proactive, strong-willed and self-disciplined
