Agile development is the process used by teams developing a product and is used to maximise productivity and flexibility in changes that may occur in the final product

When it comes to this process the main focus is getting the time of creation down as well as keeping the costs down.

A main advantage of using such a process is that feedback is swift between the team and can help when trying to make changes and improvements to the project

Makes the team be more self organising

It allows for frequent communication between the team

Reduces the amount of micro management needed.

Scrum

When the scrumming the team should meet up at least every one to two weeks to discuss the asset creation

The team should meet and discuss each others work

The should present there work to each other so that they can receive feedback

If these are done the team can adjust the product according to the feedback given.

Sprint

Scrum development can involve sprint

Sprint shows and brakes down all the tasks so everybody knows the time frame they have in which to complete them

Each member should agree to the work load given and the time frame as to not put pressure on singular members.

After each sprint the work can be reviewed and improved before the next sprint.
