Resort Brochure Game
• In two teams, each team will create a Holiday Resort Brochure.
• We shall assign the Product Owner and Scrum Master roles for each
team.
• The Product Owner will prioritise the Product Backlog.
• We shall conduct Sprint and Release Planning
• There will be two sprints.

• Each sprint will be made up of two “days”.
• Each day will start with a Daily Scrum Stand-up lasting 3 minutes. The
Scrum Master will be responsible for updating the Progress Chart.
• Each day’s work will last another 5 minutes.
• Each sprint will end with a Review and Retrospective lasting 10 minutes
in total.

Product Owner and a Scrum Master.
• The Product Owner needs to review
and prioritise the Product Backlog.

2. Understand from the Product Owner their

3. Scrum Team create the tasks required to delivery
the Product Backlog items for the 1st Sprint.
