Project simulation from beginning to endThis course is designed to provide theoretical understanding of agile projectmanagement together with the ability to apply the knowledge to real-life situations.Covers the concepts, tools and techniques of Scrum, one of the most popular agileproject management methodologies, and extends it with the wider understanding of howto implement it in an organization, what are the pre-requisites and shows examples ofreal-life transitions.

• Pillars of Agile, which is what you should use inthe organization, so that we can talk about thework in accordance with the approach of Agile

Day 2Workshop: Practical application of Agile Project Managements
