Addis ElliotB.S., Computer Engineering

Co-op Employer: ADTRAN Inc.

“I would recommend this employer to other potential co-op students as the program they

have in place is well structured for anyone wanting to test the engineering environment

waters a bit and get a firm grasp on the aspect of engineering they want to pursue.

The people are friendly and the work environment is comfortable.”

“I was involved with the KNx program. Within the KNx program, I was responsible for the KNS and KNT

projects. The KNS project includes series level vehicles at the start of production. I was responsible

for identifying production quality and reliability issues at the earliest opportunity. Working with specialist, I help insure the issues reported get

entered into a problem management process with all the pre analysis necessary to add in corrective

actions to solve issues.”

“Throughout my co-op I learned a tremendous amount of things that I feel will be of contribute to my success. Hands-on training is always better than classroom
