She is also the Director for Mphasis UK and Mphasis Europe BV and a member of the Mphasis Diversity Board. Aps brings 18+ years of overall experience of which her last 10 years have been across leadership roles in Client Services, Human Resources, Learning and Development. Alexandra Micu has more than 8 years of human resources experience starting her career in a small recruitment company, after to 2 years joined in Manpower Romania.
At 26 years old, Alexandra became Human Resources Director for an Italian company, Rovere Mobili, located in Bucharest. 4 years later, Alexandra decide to start her own business and create Talent Center.“Talent Center is different from the competitors, as I never give up a project.
