CHALLENGE

The existing legacy

content management solution was

holding the council back.

Disparate content sources and a lack of

structure across 10 million documents.

Sensitive content was difficult to identify

and control.

Locating appropriate content was

difficult and lead to duplication.

A more modern, responsive and

collaborative workplace was required.

External sharing was inefficient via email.

SOLUTION

Information Architecture needed to be

refreshed to re-align with the organisation.
