MoneYou is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO bank. The goal of MoneYou is to make financial products simple for, and accessible to, everyone.

Consumers should be able to easily manage their financial affairs at any time, anywhere. Today’s consumers readily embrace new technology and expect nothing less than the latest and greatest. Therefore, rapid innovation is crucial. With this in mind, we developed a flexible single online platform for MoneYou that communicates with a variety of financial back-end systems. New features can easily be added to the platform in the future.

The MoneYou Savings App, and a responsive website, allow MoneYou to offer financial services and finance management tooling to customers in different countries, 24/7 and in four different languages. Traditionally complex processes as opening an account, are now easy, accessible and user-friendly.

SUCCESSFUL PARTNERS SINCE 2006

KLM is the flag carrier airline of the Netherlands. It is part of AirFrance-KLM Group and the SkyTeam alliance. KLM operates schedule passenger and cargo services to more than 130 destinations worldwide. The successful partnership of Mirabeau with KLM started in 2006 and is recently prolonged with 3 additional years. In this partnership Mirabeau is responsible for all website iterations since the start. The last radical change to website was in 2013 and included a responsive redesign and an even more transparent booking proces. We are engaged in a variety of digital projects for B2C, B2B and B2E (Business to Enterprise). Examples are booking tool, log-in environment, seat selection, online check-in, ancillary implementations, in-flight tools, digitising employees, etc. Throughout the 10 years partnership, Mirabeau and KLM gained several successes: various awards and increase of online sales conversion up to +29%.

Takeaway.com is currently available in 10 countries and growing exponentially. The Dutch branch alone processes over a million orders for more than 5,500 restaurants each month. The ultimate objective is to become more than just a go-between within the order chain.

To support this expansion, Mirabeau has refined the brand values and developed a new, modernised brand identity as well as optimised the website and apps.

We have designed new search functionalities enabling users to choose quickly and easily. Instead of having to pick a restaurant first, users can filter by category, meal and even ingredients as well as compare menus, prices, delivery time and cost in a straightforward way. By integrating user history, we’ve made re-ordering easy, and paying is now a hassle-free process with the addition of third-party banking apps.

BRINGING THE NEW DAF TRUCK TO LIFE

The new DAF Trucks website is a double whammy: it launches a new truck, and introduces the world to DAF’s new corporate identity.

We were asked to create an online platform that shows DAF Trucks’ main features: exterior, interior, engine and services. To successfully handle the expected peak pressure on the site during the presentation of new trucks at an autoshow, we powered it with the Microsoft Azure cloud solution. This enabled us to build the environment quickly (in only 4 weeks), and to the required security level.

At its lounge, the platform was available in 11 languages for multi-country use. In collaboration with DAF Trucks, we continued working on their online strategy, resulting in a transformation of the corporate website to a new identity, alongside a new Content Management System.

OPTIMISING ONLINE CONVERSION

As direct effect of our redesign of the NEDIS web shop, combined with online process optimisation, NEDIS’ online conversion increased with 10% right after the release.

With over 30 years of experience, NEDIS is leading in consumer-electronics in Europe. With 9 brands and 300 distributed brands, NEDIS serves more than 50,000 retailers in 50 countries.

Within 10 weeks, Mirabeau researched B2B buyer behaviour, optimised online processes and improved the user experience. We translated specific business needs such as cross- and upsell and personalisation to a usable, responsive interface.

This new O2O platform maximises sales in physical stores and is ready for future implementations, such service notifications. The analytics and optimisation tooling has been implemented by Mirabeau through partnerships with Google Analytics and Optimizely.

PERSONALISED AND KNOWLEDGABLE

ING commercial banking website visitors are CFOs, treasurers and senior consultants. They are looking for a clear overview of available services as well as ING CB’s possible experience on, or solution to a specific issue.

The old websites weren’t delivering the desired results. ING asked Mirabeau to create an inspiring, dynamic environment – resulting in more frequent visits. An integrated newsfeed was developed, to guide multinationals through the rough waters of the current financial climate. Finally, all products and local websites were integrated in one single environment.

We build the website in a fully responsive design for an optimal appearance on every type of device. We personalised content delivered to different users on different devices. For example, a CFO travelling around using a tablet, will receive different content than when at his home base using a laptop.

FROM ANALOG TO DIGITAL

Theodoor Gilissen is a private bank focussing on asset management for wealthy private individuals and services for independent asset managers. Theodoor Gilissen wanted to attract a younger audience. To do so, we helped them to start offering digital services.

In only 5 months we developed a personal environment for clients of Theodoor Gilissen. This environment provides dynamic young clients with relevant and constantly updated information and news. It also makes clients’ life easier by digitising processes. Active investors were used to receive multiple paper invoices, sometimes daily. These were digitised, unburdening both the client and the environment.

Themes like compliance, safety and stability are prerequisites for such an environment. Mirabeau is ISAE 3402 certified. A independent third party performed security checks on our work for Theodoor Gilissen. Not one security issue was found.

A PERSONALISED DASHBOARD

For Rabobank Mirabeau developed Rabo Corporate Connect: a relevant, personal, daily dashboard for their corporate customers (companies trading internationally and with a revenue between 25 million and 5 billion euros).

The dashboard feeds users with realtime stock market data, sector- and marketinformation and economy-related news. Combined with the situation of the customer’s own account this results in actionable information. Either with follow-up transactions or communication with the customer’s accountmanager.

Although the dashboard is the main source of information, other relevant digital channels are used as well. For example, updates of current transactions (‘track-and-trace’) are send by SMS or via an App.
