aside by families due to lack of capacity to care

for the elders. We realized that caring for the

elderly is inevitable but many of our families do

not know how.

Aim-To reduce the physical and emotional sufferings of being an old person living with small or without any pension, helpless in coping up with the problems brought about by the high cost of living & cost of medical services

The Requirements to Qualify For Seniors 60-74 years old: 1. Completely filled up OSCA Cares application form 2. Paranaque National OSCA ID plus any valid ID

bearing date of birth and the Paranaque City address.

3. Two (2) 1x1 picture. 4.Voters Registration Receipt (VRR) 5.Barangay Certification of 3-year residency 6.Current Membership certification from President of

a SEC & OSCA accredited Senior Citizen Association.

7. Original copies of the mentioned documents must be presented to OSCA upon request.

For senior citizens 75 years old and over, and those

bed-ridden, or with severe physical disability: 1. No need to present VRR or COMELEC Certification 2. Must comply all other requirements
