However, just as essential is to communicate results in a way that everyone can personalize and translate metrics into behavior and culture.

Dr. van Brenk has over 30 years of construction safety experience as well as serve as an Associate Professor at Arizona State University. His doctoral research focused on the efficacy of leadership in construction safety. In August of 2017 he joined Layton Construction to lead their efforts to reduce and eventually eliminate incidents and injuries at Layton Construction projects.
