November December 2010 Simona Caba Afrika Wa Yesu Inhaminga, Mozambiqu

    Dearest family and

    friends,

    These days I am

    reminded of Gods

    passionate heart for

    souls: how much

    He loves us that He

    gave Himself to pay

    the price for our

    failures and sin. My

    desire is to be

expandable for Gods Kingdom, to be passionate for the souls,

to have His vision for the whole world that is dying without

knowing Him. The days are short and more then anytime my

heart shoots with excitement and hope because my bridegroomJesus is coming! But there are multitudes that never heard even

once the Gospel; there are people that are living far away in

darkness, hungry and naked, in infirmity and death.

We need to go! We have to be willing to pay the price,

to be expandable. Here I am Lord! Use my life to fulfill your

will and desire for the whole World.

Living for a cause Youth Conference InhamingaIn November last year we had a youth conference in

Inhaminga. More than 140 youth came from two provinces:

    Sofala andManica. It was powerful!

One of the young men that stood up again at this conference

was Santo. I know him since he was 13 years old. Now he is 20

years old, growing so much in all areas. Amazing how God

doesnt give up on a person. For all these years no one from hisfamily knew Jesus but he always shared about Him with them.

These days, one Sunday morning he went early to his parents

home; with faith he shared again about Jesus, everybody in the

family got saved and for the first time all went together to

church service. For two years he is one of the hardest workers

at the Bible School taking many responsibilities and because of

his gifting right now he is inNacala (at our Bible School there)

being trained with Susana to be one of our Bible School

teachers. Soon he wants to get married: Maria one of the best

girls we have here in the youth group will be his wife.

Like always many of the youth testified on their last

day how God spoke to them through his message. I see how he

is growing to be a mighty man of God. I see how theconferences we have here at Inhaminga are getting bigger and

mightier. Is not because of us but because God is working in

these days lifting up a new generation in this nation. There is

an awakening among them and we cannot miss this

opportunity. The youth in Inhaminga is growing so much. We

have more than 40 already coming on Saturdays.

During the conference we saw the Holy Spiri

changing lives, filling them with life and bringing joy and

courage. Many of them were delivered from the demonic

oppression; others were baptized in the Holy Spirit and that

gave them courage to share and testify with boldness.

Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope

Lamentations 3:21This was the scripture God gave us for the Youth

Training School in December 2010. Susana and me, we saw

the need to have more time with the youth at once. It was little

bit crazy, especially preparing everything. To bring around 65

youth from all over Mozambique in one place: for such a long

time, for such long distances; providing transportation

permission from church and parents, food, program and place

    to

    stay.

The youth came from 6 different provinces: Sofala,

Zambezia, Manica, Nampula, Niassa and Cabo del Gado.

Some of them were the ones we have been working with for

years (especially the ones from Sofala) but also were the ones -

    we had an opportunity to

know and meet while we were

    visiting in outreaches.

Our desire was to let the Holy

Spirit get so involved in our

    lives that He will take

complete control. We long tosee this new generation rising

up and make a stand for

holiness, righteousness and truth; we want to see them

participating, taking their place in Gods Kingdom, receiving a

heart for souls and more passion for Jesus.

So, we imparted into their lives in many ways through:

Teaching the Word; Special time to lean on the Holy Spirit

    (seeking Gods face and direction, waiting on Him);

    Workshops (art,

    children

    ministry, music,

    drawing, drama,

    dancing);

    Discussions and

    debates on

    subjects like:

    HIV, marriage,

    courting, health;

    Worship and

    ministry time;

    and of course

    we had few days

    early in the

    morning

    obstacle

    course. The

    obstacle

    course besidesbeing a lot of

fun it had meanings that turn every obstacle in a lesson.

This year God is speaking to me a lot about the

importance of prayer and intercession. Because of this I choose

to teach the youth on this subject. It brought to me more

revelation and desire to spend more time on my knees. Prayer

is always the window opened to Heaven and as I look at many

struggles I have; and as I am many times in great need of a

miracle I believe again that prayer is the only way that will

    bring into existence these miracles.

Also one of my favorite times was at 4 pm everyday

when we were coming all together before Gods throne in so

much need to be let by Him; time to seek and time to go with

the flow of the Holy Spirit. Gods Kingdom came down

among us many of these times. How much I desire to have it

all day long, to be totally depended on Gods direction and go

    beyond my limitations and weaknesses.

In the first days I enjoyed one of the most beautiful

celebrations when some of the youth were baptized in the

water and in the Holy Spirit: so much joy and so much

freedom. They were worshiping God through their obedience

    and surrender. Beautiful!

All of us received precious gifts from God that we will

treasure through all our lives. The miracle of changing livesstill amazes and humbles me, gives me wings to fly with more

trust and confidence in Our God!

Another year went away 2010 is already gone with

its laughter and crying and we already can see that this very

year we entered it will pass before we realize. All the days

ordained for us are already written in His book. God planned

for us to live and fulfill our destinies in Him. I believe that the

year 2011 will be a year of transition and preparation of wha

is going to come. I am ready to live it at its maximum, hearing

His precious heartbeat and go beyond any limits I have

searching for souls and bringing them into His Kingdom.

Thank you dear friends for faithfully standing withme for many years. With your love you covered me in hard

times and rejoiced in victories. We count on you, especially in

your intercession before God in our behalf. Thank you for

giving so we will not lack or be worried in our needs.

Your love is real and we thank God for you always,

    Simona Caba
