COMPANY OVERVIEW

TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS is a newly established entity managed & owned

by LOGISTICS EXPERTS with many years of experience in cost effective and efficient

movement of client’s cargo.

With a combination of Own, Leased and Outsourced facilities and assets,

TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS is able to provide World Class Logistics Solutions

within South Africa and, with carefully selected contracted service providers, in

Southern Africa as well.

With offices in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg as well as at Beitbridge Border

Post, including a Shared Services Customs department supporting the remote

border offices, we can manage all shipments and be in control of the cargo

movement at all times.

We are able to accommodate all Exports, Imports as well as Transit Cargo and with

access to both VAT and Duty Deferment accounts, Bonded Warehouses and a

National Road Bond we have the tools to ensure the smooth movement of cargo.

TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS is a Level 2, EME with 87.75% Black Ownership and

82.75% Black Female Ownership.

The Shareholders and Management of TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS are 100%

committed to the requirements of the Amended B-BBEE code of good practice and all

Procurement, Employment and Training are done in accordance with these requirements

as well as the Skills Development Act and Employment Equity Act.

ROAD FREIGHT: TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS road transport services cover most routes

within South Africa as well as routes between South Africa and multiple destinations in the

following countries:

Total capacity consists of an own fleet as well as contracted outsourced service providers.

RAIL FREIGHT: Rail services can be arranged between Zambia & Durban with the ability to

manage and achieve stack dates via this route.

SEA FREIGHT: With a Parent company that has been involved in Sea Freight for more than

20 years, TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS is able to negotiate best rates and provide

outstanding services to most destinations.

AIR FREIGHT can be handled at either OR TAMBO International Airport (Johannesburg) or KING

SHAKA International Airport (Kwa-Zulu Natal) to all worldwide destinations. Inbound airfreight

shipments destined for Botswana, but exceeding Botswana Airfreight restrictions, will be

managed through a dedicated delivery to Gaborone within 48 hours of arrival.

WAREHOUSING is available in both Johannesburg and Durban and consists of both Free Store

and Bonded areas, ensuring that we can handle all types of cargo and requirements. All

warehouses are equipped with state of the art security systems as well as a warehouse

management system with cargo tracking functionalities.

SA CUSTOMS CLEARING

Based on a unique Shared Services Customs Department, TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS

will provide fast and efficient processing and finalisation of all customs entries through all the

major in-land border posts, ports and International Airports

Deferment facilities are available at most of these borders, ensuring a smooth process and

elimination of delays due to customs payments

The ability to utilise our own National Road Bond also enables us to service all customers with

In Transit cargo and to manage the acquittal process carefully.

SOUTHERN AFRICA CUSTOMS CLEARING

TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS also has contracted agents in the following countries:

These agents can assist with the Transit Cargo entries as well as Final Import or Export entries.

They are also very knowledgeable about the requirements for special permits and licences

and can assist in those processes as well

REGISTERED AGENT: TRANSGLOBAL AFRICA LOGISTICS can assist Foreign Registered Entities

by acting as their Registered Agent in SA for Customs purposes. Tailor-made solutions and

agreements will be negotiated with each customer, assisting the customer will legal

compliance in all Customs dealings in SA and managing all risk areas

Stanton has almost 15 years exposure to

the Industry and has been in various

positions during his career development,

including Senior Management positions,

to equip him with all the skills and contacts

required for this challenging position.
