{ 3} What To Do When.....

1. An Employee has a CLAIM:

Instruct the employees to call the Service Team and a member of the team will help initiate the CLAIMS Process with the employee.

2. You have a NEW HIRE:

You may contact the Service Team to inform us of any New Hires and we will provide them with the same level of service that is made available during Open Enrollment available to them. We will provide Quarterly Servicing Visits where we will be speaking to all New Hires at that time.

3. An employee SEPARATES from the company:

Since coverage is portable, contact the Service Team to initiate their option to continue their coverage. Should you require additional assistance to ensure that the invoice is reconciled to reflect these changes, do not hesitate to contact the Service Team for support.

4. An employee has a QUESTION about their COVERAGE:

The employee can visit our 24 hour online Policyholder Services at: www.aflac.com, where they can view their outline of coverage along with other information regarding their policies. You can also instruct the employee to call the Service Team and we will be happy to answer any questions they may have.

5. The Plan Administrator has a question regarding theDeductions, Invoice or Online Billing?

Call the Service Team and we will be happy to assist you!

1st: YOU will receive a temporary log-in & password from Aflac in order for you to set up your account preferences, including new log-in & password, along with Online-Billing.

2nd: Every month Aflac will send you an e-mail notifying you that an invoice has been generated and is ready to be reconciled. You will need to use your log-in to view the invoice.

3rd: While viewing the invoice online you are also able to: reconcile and provide necessary changes in deductions due to employee separations etc...

4th: Upon completing the reconciliation, YOU can submit all changes and the payment online, all at once!
