• To receive meaningful use incentives eligible practitioner needs to register on CMS website• https://ehrincentives.cms.gov/hitech/login.action

Attestation

• To receive incentive payments eligible practitioner needs to attest for • 15 core measure• 3 out of 6 menu measures• CQMs

Attestation

• Once completed with registration process practitioner will select attestation tab to attest for incentive program

• Practitioner need to attest by filling attestation questionnaire form online .• Practitioner need to fill in numerator and denominator for each

eligible criteria applied• MURx produces Meaningful use stage and 2 reports by generating

• User need to select measure• User will select exclusion Yes/No• User will select option for EHR

data or whole practice data• User will enter numerator and

denominator values from MURx Meaningful use report

MURX- Meaningful use report

• Murx produces Meaningful use reports and generates numerator and denominator value required for attestation• TO generate reports user need to go to ONC stage report in MURX

• User need to select MU stage , practitioner, reporting period and applied measures

• Murx generates numerator and denominator values required to fill in attestation website

• Stage 1 and stage 2 reports can be obtained through MURX

• Practitioner will complete attestation form using MURX ONC stage report and submit to apply for incentive payments

Attestation Status

• Practitioner can view attestation information after submitting attestation details
