STORE SET UP
…July 30 Marcos and myself unloaded and set up the store almost entirely solo. We had help the following day from a couple of local
employees hired.

We officially opened for business on Aug 1.
STURGIS 2014 STATS
• Attendance at the 74th annual Black Hills Rally in Sturgis South Dakota was down by more than 40% from 2013.
• Vendors across the board complained of slow business and sales being down from years prior.
• It was estimated that more than 500,000 people would attend this years rally and that number fell short at just over 325,000.
• The most probable cause of this fact is that attendees are holding out for the big celebration next year for the 75th anniversary.
Affliction overall sales: • $149,710 Sold • 3,419 Units • $45,947 Cost of goods • 69.31% Margin • 1,407 Transactions • $109.16 Avg./per sale
Our store layout consisted of men’s product located down
the entire left half and women’s product was along the right side of the store.
Rally shirts were predominately located in the center of the store along side
our feature debut of the Easyrider David Mann series tee’s. The 2014 rally tee and all 3 of the Easyrider styles sold very well. Our tabletop signage dramatically helped aid in the success of these
tee’s.

Affliction day bar takeover at One Eyed Jacks is a specific day that all bartenders, security guards, bar backs, dancers, etc wear our brand to promote the store.
ONE EYED BAR TAKEOVER
Peepshow was an added
entertainment factor to the store and an appreciated
custom detail for our
customers.
Easyriders mens tee’s were a top
seller to our female clientele wanting to have
their tee customized by
Peepshow.
PEEPSHOW
7 out of the 10 days of selling we had a live DJ playing in front to draw
attention to the store and give a party vibe for
customers.
Live concerts at one of the largest camp grounds and
entertainment venue held a Pop Evil concert where the lead singer performed in
our 2014 Rally tee.
We also sponsored a couple of fighters in an amateur
fight night held at the local Sturgis bar called The
Knuckle.
