Paramahansa Yoganandji, saints of allreligion, I bow to you all. May Thy loveshine forever on the sanctuary of mydevotion, and may I be able to awaken Thy love in all hearts.

This day shall be the best day of my life Today I shall start with a newdetermination to dedicate my devotionforever at the feet of Omnipresence.

2. O Spirit, teach me to heal the body byrecharging it with Thy cosmic energy; toheal the mind by concentration andsmiles; and to heal the soul bymeditation born intuition.

O Eternal Energy! Awaken within meconscious will, conscious health,conscious vitality, conscious realization.Goodwill to all, vitality to all, good healtto all, realization to all, good health to aO Eternal Youth of body and mind, abide

in me forever and forever.3. Help me, O Spirit, to learn to live moreand more by direct cosmic energy andless and less by food. Being energy,burning in the bulb of the sense, Irecharge myself with Thy cosmic energy.

Daily I will try to realize that Thou, O Goart the power that keeps me healthy,prosperous, and seeking spiritual truth.

38 O King of Kings! Train Thou, in the campof discipline, the nobilities of self controland calmness in me. Be Thou their DivineGeneral, like Krishna of yore, against theinvading hordes of dark ignorance,

I will help myself that I may bring intoproper use all my God-given powers.

39 The fire of my ambition for Thee hasbeen waxing strong, fed by the fuel of my rainbow-dreams. As often as olddreams faded, fresh die-hard hopes burstinto new thirsty flames, which swallowedup many a sturdy tree of my life-powers.

My garden was green with life. Now, grayghosts of half-dead vitalities glide amidstdark doubts, to frighten my timidfootsteps toward Thee.Come Thou to my aid, Divine Friend, andusher me on the hard path of life.

Gloom heaped upon gloom, and our feeton the path of progress slipped intomany ruts and marshes of disillusionment. These deceiving fogbornfires of passions lure many to their doom. The petals of past, present, and future –of dawn, noon, and night –all opened out,revealing the tenderness of Thy ever-expressing Life.Bury Thou, unceasingly, the seeds of Thy

68 O God the Father, teach me to make abouquet of the variously hued flowers of filial, conjugal, friendly, parental,masterly loves, and to lay it on the altarof my heart where Thou reignest. If Icannot make a bouquet, I shall pluck therarest love that grows in the garden of my devotion and shall lay that before Thee.

Teach me to discipline my senses,and to substitute for flesh temptationthe greater temptation of soulshappiness.

69 O SPIRIT, TEACH US TO CONSIDER NO WORK GREATER THAN THY SPIRITUAL WORK , AS NO WORK IS POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE POWER TO PERFORM IT BEING BORROWED FROM THEE.

I will try to please everyone by kindconsiderate actions, and always try tremove the cause of anymisunderstanding that arises.
