At Affect Partners, we have six core values that guide our actions.
Authenticity is about being real.
It starts with an attitude of putting others before self and never looking back. We believe being authentic means always believing in what we do and doing the right thing for those we serve.
Resourcefulness is about refusing to believe in constrained thinking.
Answers are incomplete without stretching our minds. We believe in living outside of the box and that true innovation is born from bringing ideas together.
Commitment is about relationships and trust.
We believe that a commitment to our clients, our teams, our family or our community is a bond formed out of mutual respect. Respect that deserves a pledge to do our best and expect the same in return.
Optimism is about believing that a better state exists.
Regardless of situation, opportunities to improve abound. Intellect, hard work and focus unlock true value. We believe optimism flows from believing you can make a difference and never giving up trying.
Conscientiousness is about having empathy for all.
Accepting others, as they are and where they are, allows true relationships to be formed. We believe a conscientious organization sees more clearly, acts more responsibly and leads more effectively.
Happiness is a choice.
It is a choice we hope all those we touch seek to achieve. We believe happiness comes from having a purpose and the power to impact it. Success can come in many forms, but the only one that matters is the one that bring true happiness to your heart.
