The Brand Portfolio
With 100% agavetequila, Blanco lets outthe bold flavours of thedistilled agave up front,while Reposado issmoother, subtler, andmore complex. As withother spirits that areaged in casks, tequilatakes on the flavours ofthe wood, while theharshness of the alcoholmellows. The majorflavour distinction with100% agave tequila isthe base ingredient,which is more vegetalthan grain spirits (andoften more complex).
On the nose, the AeroplanoBlanco tequila is fresh andsubtle, with hints of agaveand some fruit. Upontasting it is very smooth andsoft on the palate.
It has tequila’s characteristicvegetal, agave taste, plus ahint of vanilla sweetness.With very little bite,Aeroplano Blanco is veryeasy to hold on the tongueand finishes soft and sweet.
Aeroplano Reposado Tequilais aged between 3 – 11months in white oak barrels.On the nose, the vegetalscent is subtle, and there is apleasant aroma of bakingspices. Its exceptionallyround and soft on thetongue, with some pepperyspice sweetness and fruitnotes. Its lengthy finish isvery warm.
