Aeroengine MIG - 21 R-11 at IIT Bhubaneswar Campus 6 th March, 2019: It is matter of immense pride that today IIT Bhubaneswar received an Aeroengine of MIG-21 R-11 T-70121025 (Serial No.) from Air Force Station, Kalaikunda on the request of Prof. R.V. Raja Kumar, Honorable Director, IIT Bhubaneswar made one year back. Prof. R.V. Raja Kumar says that the underlying technologies in the design and manufacturing of MIG 21 were inspiring too. (Aeroengine MIG 21 R-11) This engine is exhibited at the foyer of School Of Mechanical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar for the benefit of students and visitors to the Institute.
