Earth Charter does not mention about trust explicitly,

However, the term exists in the Preamble part and it implictly takes place within the Charter.

Target Group of the Project

Youth High school and University students, Young professionals from different

sectors ( government, business, NGOs, etc. )

Aim of the Project

The project aims; to strengthen the bonds between the people and raise awareness about the importance of trust in a society towards sustainability…

Reasoning

In a sustainable society, people should live in harmony in the nature, as well as their values for sustainability should not be undermined by different factors. There is an urgent need to carry out such project since scientific data is not really optimistic about the sustainability challange…

Action Plans

Trainings for Youth Trainings to educate young people about the

role of trust within a sustainable society. (first 6 months)▪ Earth Charter will be a tool to be used (as a

framework) Training of trainers

After six months, some of the participants will be selected to be trained as trainers on the issue. ▪ By this way, a network of trainers can be established

and there would be a resource for future projects.

Budget Estimation

Dependent on the number of the trainings and participants, as well as the region to be selected for the trainings.
