A familiar feature, knog’s signature silicon strap will be featured on the design allow-ing the user to attach the pump to the frame of the bike.

LOCKED PROFILE Spring applies pressure outwards keeping Co2 from escaping. Silicone seals keep the mechanism airtight.
OPEN PROFILE When pressure is applied on the bicycle valve, the valve slider opening comes into contact with the main housing releasing the Co2.

Protects valve bumper and encloses bicycle valve when
pumping. Accommodates Shrader and
Presta valve types
Provides cushioning and pro-tects valve and pump when
in use.
Allows for a snug and secure fit of the valve cap to the
slider.
PUMP MECHANISM
LOCKING PIN - Die cut steel. One the valve slider has been slotted through the main mechanism, the locking pin is put in place to ensure the spring retains tension and the slider doesn’t come out of it’s housing.

MECHANICAL HOUSING CLIP ON DETAIL.Built in extrusions in the metal housing allows notches in the top cap to easily clip on during prod-uct assembly. No glues used during the product’s assembly, reducing envi-ronmental impact.

CAP ASSEMBLY
Once the Co2 canister is firmly in place, inflation can be made by placing the pump nozzle around the tyre valve and push-ing downwards.
The top cap is easily screwed off from the main canister housing to reveal the Co2 Can-ister.
Unlike large mechani-cal hand pumps that need frame mounts, the AEOLUS Co2 can fit com-fortably in your saddle bag or in your backpack when riding.

USER DISASSEMBLY
COLORWAYS
AEOLUS’ cardboard pack-aging folds out. To remove AEOLUS simply unscrew the top housing and simply pull out. Reattach before usage.
The packaging in held together by a single industrial (oversized) staple. The lack of glue further increasing the packaging’s recy-clability.
Biodegradable Card com-bined with the use of Soy based inks will ensure the most sustainable packaging possible,

AEOLUS COUNTER STAND Small tabletop counter stand clearly displays the AEOLUS Pump and all available colours.
SLIDE OUT CARDBOARD PANEL Allows the vendor to change the decal of the stand to suit alternate KNOG products such as the FROG Strobe the yet-to-be-released Strongman Locks.
