Advisor Duties: -Facilitate orientations -2nd contact for withdrawals -Develop ILPs for at risk students -Help families with home study skills -Support mentors -Facilitate peer mentor program -Advise student clubs -Serve as a hub for student and mentor resources

Role of the Advisor- facilitate academic achievement by

providing appropriate and timely information to students and

mentors, as well as cultivating a community of support that

includes mentors, peers, teachers and staff.
