Primary: action to obviate violence before it occurs

Secondary: action to detect violence in time to terminate it at the earliest possible juncture

Tertiary: action to prevent a renewed outbreak of violence or to soften the impact of violence

3. Multidisciplinary approach: does collaboration between justice and social service work in daily practice or does it remain a plain theory?
