L. AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM A COMPLETE AIR SYSTEM FLOWBALANCE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS SHOWN, SCHEDULED OR OTHERWISE IDENTIFIED.CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE TIME IN CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE TO FULLY TEST AND BALANCESYSTEMS PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY TO ASSURE ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE MADE TO MITIGATE COMFORT ISSUESFOR OCCUPANTS POST CONSTRUCTION.

N. PRIOR TO AND DURING CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR SHALL FULLY PROTECT THE AIR HANDLING ANDDUCTWORK SYSTEMS. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT EACH RETURN AIR GRILLE OPENING AND RETURNAIR DUCT WITH MINIMUM MERV 8 FILTER MEDIA. AIR HANDLING EQUIPMENT AND DUCTS COVERED WITHDRYWALL/CONSTRUCTION DUST SHALL BE CLEANED AT CONTRACTOR EXPENSE.
O. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE THAT ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, VALVES, ANDACCESS LOCATIONS HAVE CLEARANCES IN ACCORDANCE TO THE DRAWINGS AND THE MANUFACTURER'SREQUIREMENTS FOR FULL ACCESSIBILITY AND OPERATION OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS.
P. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ACCESS PANELS, IN WALLS OR CEILING, OR ACCESS DOORS, INDUCTWORK, AS INDICATED OR REQUIRED FOR ACCESS TO CONCEALED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ORDEVICES.
Q. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTION AND SHALL REPAIR ADJACENT EXISTING AND/ORNEW SURFACES, AREAS, AND PROPERTY THAT MAY BE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF DEMOLITION AND/ORNEW WORK.

11. CONTRACTORS SHALL ORDER AND SCHEDULE DELIVERY OF MATERIALS IN AMPLE TIME TO AVOID DELAYS INCONSTRUCTION. IF ANY ITEMS ARE FOUND TO BE UNAVAILABLE OR HAVE A LONG LEAD TIME, THE CONTRACTORSHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT/ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY.
12. ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS BY THE CONTRACTOR OR THEIR SUBCONTRACTORSWITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SHALL RESULT IN THE CONTRACTORTAKING FULL LIABILITY OF ALL MODIFICATIONS TO THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
13. ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY AND THE OWNER/USER IS TO BE COORDINATEDTHROUGH THE ARCHITECT.
14. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PATCHING/REPAIRING ANY FIREPROOFING DAMAGED OR REMOVED DURINGTHEIR SCOPE OF WORK. WHERE EXISTING WALLS ARE BEING REMOVED, THE CONTRACTOR WILL PATCH/REPAIRFIREPROOFING THAT MAY HAVE BEEN REMOVED TO ALLOW FOR THE ATTACHMENT OF THE STUD WALL TRACK TOTHE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
15. CONTRACTOR SHALL UPDATE ALL ELECTRICAL PANEL SCHEDULES WITH CORRECT INFORMATION AT THE END OFPROJECT AND PROVIDE NEW TYPE DIRECTORY CARDS FOR ALL PANEL BOARDS.
16. THE ELECTRICAL DESIGN DRAWINGS ARE DIAGRAMMATIC AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO SHOW EXACT LOCATION OFEQUIPMENT, LIGHTING, AND DEVICES UNLESS DIMENSIONS ARE GIVEN FOR CLEARANCES, ETC.
