t is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 38th Annual Meeting of the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, “Advances in Dermatologic Surgery.” Our Program Chairmen, Keyvan Nouri, MD, and Terry Cronin, Jr., MD, have once again assembled an outstanding faculty of experts. This group of national, and distinguished Florida colleagues will share their knowledge.

We have an array of programs for the whole office. A Mohs histotech training and Practice Administrators Program will be offered on Friday and Saturday. Beck Consulting and Associates will be offering a two-day, hands- on Mohs histotech training course. In this comprehensive course, beginners to advanced technicians can hone their skills in embedding, staining and cutting. The Practice Administrators Program will feature dermatology billing presented by the AAD Practice Management staff. This is a great training opportunity for your entire staff.

No matter your interest in dermatologic surgery, there is something for you in our program. There will be a variety of presentations on excisions, Mohs surgery, reconstruction, pathology, office efficiency, fillers and lasers. Virtually no aspect of dermatologic surgery will go unaddressed.

Our Annual Business Meeting will be held Saturday after lunch. We will hear a report from the FSDDS updating us on our sister society’s advocacy activities. Plan to attend the Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall on Friday Evening. This is great opportunity to show our appreciation for their support. Join us in your best Hawaiian shirt for a Tropical evening to include dinner and a live band.

This meeting promises to be a highly informative, exciting and collegial event.

See you in Orlando!
