The reports are relatively the same for options so will start by going over each area and then show how the benefits of these options.

Date range allows you to choose how you want to see the results of the report. This month is based on the month and year the system is in and you can see that at the top of the accounting program.

In this case the system shows September 2014 so that is the month you would get your data on. Fiscal year to date would provide July – September 2014 data.Next Fiscal year would provide July 2015 to June 2016 and any data that was available for those dates.Custom Date Range Specified – This allows the user to specify a start and an end date. This does not have to be by fiscal year or by calendar year but any range you choose.

You can specify the entity you want to choose so you can run your reports separately by entity or combined. This is helpful for example when you have a cemetery board that would like reports of just the cemetery.To choose just one entity you need to click it so it is highlighted. If you want more than one but not all then you will hold down the ctrl key and click the entities you would like. The X next to the box will eliminate all filters on the report.
