Learning Objective: To be able to adapt evaluations in order to present work in a varied digital format.
Lesson Outcome: By the end of the lesson you will have assessed your advanced production progress
using exam board criteria.
Option 1: Music Video A promotion package for the release of an album, to
include a music promo video with two of the following three options:
A website homepage for the band A cover for its release as part of a digipak (CD/DVD
package) A magazine advert for the digipak (CD/DVD package)
With your project team mates you are now going to watch a piece of work by a previous yr13 student THREE times.
Using the construction mark scheme consider each bullet point and award the work a mark out of 40.
You are going to be prepared to explain why you have awarded this mark using evidence.
Now consider the progress of your own construction.
As a group use the criteria to set yourself three targets that you must meet in order to meet the deadline.
Each candidate will evaluate and reflect on the creative process and their experience of it.
Candidates will evaluate their work electronically. The format of the evaluation has some flexibility.
Groups may make a formal or informal presentation to the whole class.
Electronic Evaluations Remember we are looking at how each blog varies the
electronic presentation of evaluation work.
Use the evaluation criteria for the level you are currently working at to ensure that you are providing the information that is required.
