Process Manager has long been the only Workflow module available for the Community Edition of SugarCRM. But it wasn't Open Source and most of our clients found it unintuitive and unwieldly. So we decided to build the ultimate Workflow engine for Community Edition and here it is. Advanced OpenWorkflow 1.0. We have a roadmap of further enhancements and expect this to be the de-facto Workflow engine for Community Edition now and in the future. Our SugarCRM extensions work is the result of continuous innovation, deep understanding of the SugarCRM framework and highly talented architects and developers.
