ADVANCE PENETRANT WATERPROOFING COATINGfor porous stone, cement, grout, render, stucco or mortar.

TECON-SC is a water based waterproofing formulation developed and produced by TEVO Creations, providing long lasting & effec-tive waterproofing on almost all porous building surface, it is de-signed for enviromental friendly and low VOC content. Due to it’s small molecular structure and low viscosity level (similar to water), it allows a deep impregnatation and penetration into the capilar-ies, chemically react and bond with the with the substrate to cre-ate a durable waterproof surface.

Whilst TECON-SC does not work as a sealant, instead of sealing the micropores of the substrate, TECON-SC performs inner coat. Coated surface remains breathable where moisture trapped be-hind the coated surface still able to evaporate through the pores to the enviroment, this is extremely important by releasing the inner pressure of the substrate, minimizing cracking of the surface.

TECON-SC is also integrated with biocides formulation which creates an effective barrier against organic mold, fungi & algae growth, preserving the surface appearance that last for years.

Unlike conventional waterproofing coatings, TECON-SC leave no trace on the coated surface; it is invisible and it will no alter the original natural appearance of the substrate. The completely invis-ible treatment cannot be removed by water, cleaning agent or with high pressure equipment; durable strong abrassion & mechanical wear resistant.

Surface Preparation (Pre-Application)

A proper surface preparation helps to ensure maximum perfor-mance and durability of our coatings. The surface must be com-pletely clean from grimes, dirts, dust & grease. Let the surface dry of completely before application.

Application

POST TREATMENT: Application can be done either by roller, brush or sprayer. Apply adequately throughout the surface, make sure the surface is damp with the product. Second layer can be apply within 15 minutes from applying the first layer. Leave the surface drys and cure for the next 24 hours, avoid contact with water.

AS WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE: During the mixture of cement, replace 30% of water consumption with Sealoc-SC. Wait for 24 hours before full performance bond.

Can be used at extreme conditions where 24/7 water submerge and ponding required, e.g. sea port pillars, swimming pool, bridge, etc. Provides superb corrossion prevention over reinforced steels bar inside the concrete structure.

DMTECON-DRYMIX

POWDER ADMIXTURE - WATERPROOFING for cement mix - concrete, grout, render, stucco or mortar.

TECON-DRYMIX is a dry powder admixture for cement based mix-ture and composition, providing excellent waterproofing and re-ducing water absorption of the composed cement mix. Composed from processed silica & resin mixture, TECON-DRYMIX comes with small micron of particle size, water soluble with ease and chemi-cally reacts with cement structures upon mixing.

TECON-DRYMIX does not work as a sealant, after chemically react with cement mixture, the cured cement surface remains breath-able where moisture trapped behind the coated surface still able to evaporate through the pores to the enviroment, this is extreme-ly important by releasing the inner pressure of the substrate, min-imizing cracking of the surface.

How to Use:

Mix TECON-DRYMIX between 0.2% to 1.0% of the total cement mix weight. E.g. mixing a cement render of 50KG (12.5KG of cement + 37.5KG of sand) re-quired 250Gram (0.5%) of SEALOC-ADMIX. 1. Pour in cement2. Mix in TECON-DRYMIX on top of the cement before sand or aggregate mixing3. Mix with sand or aggregate, add in water and stir into cement mix slurry

Application

AS WATERPROOFING ADDITIVE: During the mixture of cement, add in cement then follow by TECON-DRYMIX, lastly mix in sand/aggregrate. Advisable 20% to 30% of total water mixture to be used during the stir mix.

If there is more than 200 KG per mix, e.g. 1000KG total cement mix, it is advisable to seperate the mixture into 5 portion consist-ing only 200KG mix per time to provide consistent spread of TE-CON-DRYMIX.
