1 ADV201-2 Horizontal Fiber Optical Splice Closure Product Description The ADV201-2 Closure allows two cables in and two cables out. It accommodates the splicing and branching of the cable which is used in aerial-hanger, wall-mounting or direct buried. The Closure is an openable box which is made from high-quality PC, and, with the mechanical Sealing Structure fills with sealing materials. The outside structure and tighten pieces are made from stainless steel of good quality. The Closure can be opened and used again by changing the sealing materials after it be sealed (Using Silicon Gum Material for sealing, the closure can be used again also). Installation Steps
(0)Check product, accessories and tools (1)The triped fiber cable go through two sealing washer
(2)Fix the strength member on the bracket by tightening
the screw with the help of wrench.
(3)Fix the fiber cable on the bracket by tightening the
hose clamp
(4)Bundle fibers by cable ties (5)Tighten the fibers on the splice tray by cable ties

(6)Fix the splice protective tube includijng sealed fiber
inside to the slot and making note .
(7)Put the dustproof cap onto the splice tray and tighting
the screw by wrench .
(8)Circling the sticky scincture around the fiber cable (9)Inspect the diameter of sticky scinture by sealing
washer
(10)Rip off the paper which adhere on the sticky scinture
on up and down shells
(11)Put the bracket into under-shalls and fix the sealing
washers on their own place
(12)Circling insulated robber belt around the cable,then
fixing cable on the under shell by clip.
(13)Circling sticky cincture around the plug.

(14)Sealing the unused hole by plug. (15)Adhering sticky cincture on the under shell.
(16)Put dryer into the under shell ,then link the shell and
under shell and lock them by screw

(17)When installing, fix the hanging hook as showing. Fix the closure with steel belt by minus screwdriver, and,fix another
steel belt on the aerial-hanging pillar.
Transportation and Storage
(1) The package of this product adapts to any transportation ways. Avoid collision, drop, direct shower of rain & snow and
insolation.
(2) Keep the product in a draughty and dry store, without corrosive gas in.
(3) Storage Temperature Range： -40℃ ~ +60℃
