Showing the text of statutes, restatement provisions or opinions in a way that everyone is looking at the same language.

Creating more legible drawings that you could do on the board using markers.

Showing websites, pictures or movies.

Viewing the slides and navigating the show

F5 –starts at Slide 1, Shift F5 - starts at the current slide

The arrow keys move the show along or hitting ANY key moves the show forward (as well as a mouse click)

Right Click on the screen to select Pointer Options to point or highlight

ESC exits the slideshow

Embedding YouTube Videos Open your Powerpoint presentation Click on the Button (upper left) Select PowerPoint Options (lower right) Make sure Show Developer tab in the Ribbon is

checked Click OK.(lower right)

Embedding YouTube Videos Choose a slide that is appropriate for your

presentation. Click on More Controls from Developer Tab

(hammer icon). Scroll down to "Shockwave Flash Object."

Draw a box the size you want. Right click on the box and choose "Properties."

In this Properties window, you’ll have to make a few changes and additions to embed our YouTube video. Although this is optional, it’s a good idea to change the title of your object in the (Name) field.

Embedding YouTube Videos The most important addition to make is to add the

URL of the YouTube video to the Movie field. You will have to make a couple of changes here to ensure that your video plays correctly. For example if the original URL of this video on YouTube is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27mxaePkYB4. Before adding this URL to the Movie field, delete the “watch?” text and replace the “=” that follows the “v” with a “/” character. The resulting URL would look like this: http://www.youtube.com/v/27mxaePkYB4

Embedding YouTube Videos You may also choose to make other changes in the

Properties window, depending on how you want your video to play. You can change the Loop field to False if you only want the video to play through once. In addition you can change the Playing field to False if you’d rather manually start the video than have it automatically begin to play when the slide is shown.

Once you’ve finished making your modifications here, click on the “x” in the upper right-hand corner of the window to close it. All of your changes will be saved.

Adding Text While in Slideshow Mode Choose a slide that is appropriate for your

presentation. Click on TextBox icon in Controls

from Developer Tab Draw a box the size you want. Right click on the box

and choose "Properties." Change Enter Key Behavior & MultiLine to True Click on the “x” in the upper right-hand corner of

the window to close it. All of your changes will be saved.

§9-301 Governing Law

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, while a debtor is located in a jurisdiction, the local law of that jurisdiction governs perfection, the effect of perfection or nonperfection, and the priority of a security interest in collateral.
