Administration Module


Set up clinical staff that can enter

CPOE orders.

Go to Administration click on

Application Users Icon from toolbar.

Click on clinical staff member you

would like to edit.

Go to the Chart Access tab and

click on checkbox (Legally

authorized to enter CPOE orders).

Enter the users state, effective date

and end date of their license.

Under Other Attributes section add the El igible Professionals Secure Electronic Address.

GE/Kryptiq ePrescribing version that is compatible with CPS

12 is 3.5.

This upgrade is customer upgradable.


Core Object i ve #3 Record the fo l lowing demograph ics : prefer red languages , sex , race ,

ethnic i t y, date of b i r th .

Race and ethnicity values can not be removed or altered in Administration.

Race and ethnicity sub -categories can be removed, new added or altered.

I f you make any changes to the subcategories make sure you map them to a standard value.

Previous race and ethnicity values are carried over with the new standard value mapping.

status on patients 11 years

old or older.

You have to instal l the CCC

forms suite version 8.3.8.

and then instal l the CCC-

Basic.

we decided to use the Risk

Run Immunizat ion Migrat ion Tool . This wi l l come with your

CPS12 Bui ld.

I t took 4 ½ hours to run my data through the tool .

Once the tool is done running i f there are any errors you wi l l see

an error log.

The migrat ion tool creates a new immunizat ion table in SQL.

Immunizat ions are now cl in ical l is ts not observat ion terms.

I f you have any custom immunizat ion obsterms you wi l l need to

manual ly add them to the mapping f i le immunizat ionmap.cvs

Now you are ready to create your immunizat ion custom l is t for

the new HTML Immunization Manager form.

QIE is the only immunizat ion inter face that GE Suppor ts .

Copy the Factory Immunization Custom List and use this

copy as your Immunization Custom List.

To edit your vaccine groups click on the Change link and

this will open the Edit Vaccine Group window.

To edit a specific vaccine click on the Change link and this

will open the Vaccine List window.

Do not create multiple custom lists that include duplicate

vaccine groups. The application may not interpret your

entries correctly.

Messaging.

Make sure al l your internal providers have their

secure electronic address (Direct) updated.

wr i t ten repor t then go to change proper t ies and

add at tachment then add the ur l in the open f ie ld .

Al l imaging repor ts need to have the document

type image repor t or they wi l l not count for MU2.
