Adjustable wooden chair

This chair can be adjusted to four possible positions from upright sitting position to lying

down. The chair can be adjusted very quickly to the position you choose. It is simply perfect if you have a pool, garden or a big porch. And if you have free time, you can make pillows for the seat and back of the chair – just measure the dimensions of these parts, so the pillows match, and it will always give you comfortable and relaxing moments.

Basic material for this chair is wood, the parts are joining by glue and additionally with Woodscrews. You can use various types of wood – hardwood is better, but softwood will also be good. The main thing about it is to be dry.

Assemblage instructions 1. Join the Front Leg Mirror (part 18), Rear Leg Mirror (Part 19) and the Side Rail Mirror (part 20)

together with glue. Then attach the Arm Lath (part 6) using Dowels D15 x 28mm (Part 21) to this subassembly.

2. Join the Front Leg Mirror (part 1), Rear Leg Mirror (Part 4) and the Side Rail Mirror (part 2)

together with glue. To this subassembly attach the Arm Lath (part 6) using Dowels D15 x 28mm (Part 21).

3. Put the Front Rail (part 3) and the Rear Rail (part 5) between the two subassemblies you made in two previous steps and then join them together with glue.

4. Line up the Back Rest Lathes (Part 9) onto the Back Crossbars (Part 8) and then drill pilot holes through it. Fasten the Back Rest Lathes (Part 9) to the Back Crossbars with Woodscrews D4 x 35mm (part 21).

5. Line up the Seat Lathes (part 10) onto the Seat Support (part 7) and then drill pilot holes through

it. Fasten the Seat Lathes (part 10) to the Seat Support (part 7) with Woodscrews D4 x 40mm (part 22).

6. Pull the Axle (part 12) through the holes D6mm on the subassemblies from step 4 and 5. On its ends screw the Washer D5mm (part 13), Lock Washer D5mm (part 14) and Hexagon Nut M5 (part 15).

7. Line up the Foot Rest Lathes (part 11) onto the Foot Support (part 17) and then drill the pilot holes through it. Fasten the Foot Rest Lathes (part 11) to the Foot Support (part 17) with Woodscrews D4 x 40mm (part 22).

8. Pull the Axle (part 12) through the holes D6mm on the subassemblies from step 6 and 7. On its ends screw the Washer D5mm (part 13), Lock Washer D5mm (part 14) and Hexagon Nut M5 (part 15).

9. Place the subassembly made in the previous step on the subassembly from step 3 by putting Seat Support (part 7) into the grooves on Side Rail (part 2) and Side Rail Mirror (part 20).
