- Ogni deroga a tali accordi deve essere esplicitamente e inequivocabil-mente approvata per iscritto da entrambe le parti.

- I nostri prezzi non sono impegnativi e possono essere modificati senza alcun preavviso; i prezzi riportati sul listino sono al netto dell’IVA. Le condizioni di pagamento concordate devono esser osservate.

- In caso di ritardo nei pagamenti, saranno addebitate le spese banca-rie sostenute e gli interessi di mora nella misura del tasso ufficiale .

- La mancata osservanza delle condizioni pattuite può comportare, inoltre, l’immediata sospensione delle spedizioni in corso, senza alcun preavviso.

- Il destinatario della merce ha l’obbligo di controllare la merce all’ar-rivo e di segnalare eventuali difetti visivi, danni o ammanchi diretta-mente al trasportatore apponendo riserva sul documento di trasporto.

- Le contestazioni riguardanti tali mancanze, ci devono essere comuni-cate entro 24 ore dalla data di ricezione della merce.

- Non verranno in alcun caso riconosciuti reclami per merce alterata o danneggiata da terzi.

- Qualsiasi restituzione di materiale sarà accettata solo in presenza di accordi scritti con la nostra sede o con i nostri responsabili commerciali.

- La AD hoc S.r.l. garantisce i propri radiatori per 2 anni.- In caso di controversie, il foro competente è quello di Ancona, salvo il

diritto della AD hoc S.r.l. alla designazione di un foro diverso.

General terms and conditions of sale

The following general supply conditions hereby regulate any supply relation-ships between AD hoc S.r.l. and any existing or future purchasers.

- Any departure from these agreements must be expressly and unequi-vocally approved in writing by both parties.

- Our prices are not binding and may be changed at any time without prior notice; the prices on the price list do not include VAT. The agreed terms and conditions of payment must be respected.

- In the event of a late payment, the client will be charged any bank expenses that have been incurred and interest on arrears, calculated on the basis of the official interest rate plus four percentage points.

- A failure to observe the agreed terms and conditions can, moreo-ver, entail the immediate cancellation of any shipments in progress without any advance notice.

- The recipients of the goods must check the goods upon arrival and must notify the transporter immediately of any visible defects, damages, or shortages, taking stock of them on the shipping document.

- Notification regarding these defects and shortcomings must be made no later than 24 hours after the goods are received.

- Under no circumstances will recognition be given to claims regarding goods that have been altered or damaged by third parties.

- Returned equipment will only be accepted with the written consent of our headquarters or our sales managers.

- AD hoc S.r.l. guarantees that the radiators and the finish will last for two years; this guarantee applies to both the painted and chromium-plated versions.

- In the event of any dispute, the relevant place of jurisdiction will be Ancona, although AD hoc S.r.l. is entitled to designate an alternate place of jurisdiction.

Con SBOX il radiatore intuisce e sviluppa la possibilità di un’altra funzione oltre alla propria. Con Sbox, il pensiero funzionale decolla: si tratta di un sistema di scatole e mensole in acciaio, che perdono completamente la connotazione tipica dei corpi scaldanti, per inserirsi nell’idea di oggetti “utili”, centrati sulla funzione di contenitori erogatori del calore. Il nome nasce da una suggestione “destrutturante”. La scatola per definizione contiene, conserva materiali e memorie, in questo caso libera una cosa impalpabile, piacevole come il calore. SBOX

libera il benessere sostenendo un’idea alta e sensoriale dell’idea arredativa.

With sbox the radiator assumes and develops the possibility of another function, other than its own. With SBOX functional thought flees: it is a system of steel boxes and shelves that shed the typical connotation of heating elements completely, becoming part of the idea of “useful” objects, focusing on the function of heat emitting containers. The name comes from the “de-structuring” suggestion. The box contains by definition, it stores materials and memories, in this case it contains a free, impalpable, pleasant object: heat. SBOX frees well-being, sustai-

ning a highly sensorial notion of the furnishing concept.

Progettato sulla linea di un’ala areonautica, WING offre grandi prestazioni scaldanti e formali. La doppia ala equilibra il disegno e definisce una impronta termica molto efficace, particolarmente adatta per spazi abitativi, aree commerciali e di lavoro. L’utilizzo di apposite barre appendi salviet-te in metacrilato opaco, ma anche a richiesta trasparente, permette l’applicazione di WING anche

negli ambienti bagno.

Designed according to the shape of an aeronautical wing, WING offers an excellent heating per-formance and a great shape. The double wing balances the design and defines a very efficient thermal element, particularly suitable for domestic use, commercial settings and working envi-ronments. The use of special towel rails made of opaque methacrylate, which are also available in a transparent version on request, also allows for WING to be used in bathrooms.

In sede d’ordine é importante specificare il tipo di raccordo (ferro, rame, multistrato o polyetilene) e il suo diametro.

While ordering, it’s important to specify fittings type (for iron, copper, multilayer or plastic pipes) and their diameter.

- Le connessioni 120 - 320 - 130 - 330 - 430 necessitano di diaframma.- Connections 120 - 320 - 130 - 330 430 need diaphragm.

- Per un corretto funzionamento del radiatore, con connessione tipo 430, predi-sporre l’ingresso acqua (IN) sempre alla sinistra del radiatore (vista frontale).
