Two renowned personalities are currently holding the ownership of MediTech on 50:50

basis. Both are born and brought up in Bangladesh and are adequately solvent through

inherited family business. Currently, they are spending a considerable time in abroad for

multiple businesses.

1. Mr. Ariful Bari Chowdhury (By profession he is a doctor and currently is pursuing PhD

in Australia)

2. Mr. Kazi Shah Alam (A renowned business personality in Bangladesh and currently

based in Sweden for business purpose.)

Comprising 05 members leading by a prominent executive Mr. Gautam Samaddar who has

been serving health care industry across south Asian countries including Bangladesh for more

than 30 years. Before joining MediTech he was acting as the Regional Director of Philips

Healthcare. He has served many MNC’s including Philips, BOC etc. in many capacities. Under

his seasoned & charismatic leadership, other members of the management are managing &
