Initial assembly (Applies To All Variations)1) Orient the removable strap over the center of

the back brace. The removable strap will attach to the velour-like fabric on the back brace.

2) Ensure the removable strap is in the desired location.

LombaTech Pro 627/6423) Attaching the removable strap completes

the assembly process for 627/642.

LombaTech Pro 631/6484) Open the brace so the inside section faces

you. Wrap the black velcro strap around the center stay of the M-shaped back panel. The black strap can slide up or down.

5) Attach the white oval shaped hook velcro to the center of the black strap you just applied. Turn the back panel to the side that has the pile, attach it to the white oval shaped velcro.

6) The back panel has the ability to slide up or down to the desired location for the patient. This completes the assembly process for 627/642.

LombaTech Pro 637/6507) Open the brace so that the inside section is facing you.

Locate the two black velcro straps, attach the black velcro strap around the lower elastic band, on each side.

8) Attach the third velcro strap around the center stay of the M-shaped back panel. Place the white oval velcro in the center of the black strap.

9) Attach the side panels to the black velcro straps. Orient the back panel so the oval shaped white velcro attaches to pile on the back panel.

10) Position the side panels and the back panel to the desired location.

The LombaTech Pro 631/648 is our high profile version that meets the clinical criteria to address stability of the lumbar and thoracic spine up to T9 in the sagittal plane. The LombaTech Pro 637/650 is the highest profile variation that addresses the lumbar and thoracic spine up to T9 in the sagittal and coronal plane. The modularity and elastic construct allows the LombaTech Pro to accommodate to the patients unique shape and addresses spinal injuries at different levels of the spine. This adaptability ensures effective posture correction and comfort during use.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS1) Center the M- shaped back panel to the center of the

spine, wrap the back brace around your waistline.

2) Insert your hands into the loops and pull your left hand toward the center of your body. With tension pull the right panel so it overlaps the left panel. The velcro will hold the belt around your waist.

3) Next place both fingers into the pockets of the removable strap. Pull out and away from your body with tension.

4) Pull ends tight and ensure the hook Velcro adheres firmly to the oval shaped Velcro in the front( Re-apply with more tension if more compression is desired).

5) Desired fit is complete.
