    Applications are invited from resident Indian Citizens for the post of APPOINTED

    ACTUARYon Full time basis or on contract basis.

    1. Total No. of Vacancy : 12. Eligibility conditions : As on 01.11.20133. Qualifications:-

    The candidate should be a Fellowof Actuarial Society of India/Institute of

    Actuaries of India and he/she should satisfy all the requirements specified in

    Regulations No. 3 sub regulations 2 of IRDA (Appointed Actuary) Regulations, 2004.

    4. Experience:-Preference will be given to candidates with experience in General Insurance

    Industry.

    5. Age :- As on 01.11.2013The candidate should preferably be over 30 years of age.

    6. Duties & Obligations:-As per Regulation 8 of IRDA (Appointed Actuary) Regulations, 2000.

    7. Emoluments & Benefits:-Negotiable. Please indicate expected remuneration.

    8. Service Conditions:-Should be a resident of India and preferably residing in Delhi.

    After appointment he/she should not act as an Appointed Actuary of any other

    Insurance Company. He/she shall also not practice in General Insurance for any

    other Insurance Company, Broker or Surveyor.

    9. Selection Procedure:-The selection procedure shall be by personal interview.

    11.Last date for receipt of applications: 18.11.2013General Instructions:-

    1. Company reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called forinterview.

    2. The decision of the Company will be final and binding in all matters.3. In case it is found at any stage of recruitment that the candidate does not fulfill theeligibility criteria and/or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false/incomplete

    information or has suppressed any material fact(s), the candidature will standcancelled. If any of these shortcomings are noticed even after appointment his/herservices are liable to be terminated forthwith. Before applying, the candidate shouldensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in thisadvertisement. The decision of the Company in respect of matters concerningeligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to beundertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of conduct of interviewselection and other matters relating to recruitment will be final and binding on thecandidate.
