Minimum Donation: £10 donation per person Charities supported: Jersey Cheshire Homes and The Stroke Association – Jersey How to register: Sponsorship forms are available from Fort Regent Gym/facebook. How to pay: Participants can pay in advance or on the night at the Gym desk at Fort Regent. There will be 4 Fitness sessions lasting 20 minutes each: Zumba Zumba is a fun energetic class combing spicy dance rhythms set to fabulous Latin American Music. Easy to follow steps, you’ll be so busy having fun you’ll forget your exercising. Its fun, funky and fast becoming one of the most popular ways to get fit! Body Attack A high energy aerobics based class that delivers a high intensity aerobic work-out. Body pump A non-impact session working on all the major muscle groups with a modified programme using body weight only! It will tone and condition your body, can help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape. Body Combat A non contact martial arts based class, guaranteed to get you fit for the fight! Body Balance To end the workout we slow the tempo down, dim the lights, relax the mind and body and stretch away the evening’s efforts with Body Balance, a unique mix of yoga, Pilates and t’ai Chi.
