• In Gundogdu Square on September 9, 2014, those who buy flight tickets from the booth area of Onur Air will have the opportunity to win a great holiday abroad.Between 11:00 and 18:00, four lucky couples who buy flight tickets from the booth area of Onur Air will have the opportunity to travel one of Europe’s most glarious county by mini jet aircraft for 4 days and 3 nights.

It will be noticed via mail to the winners and substitutes. The final application date of the winners are on September 22,2014, the final application date of substitutes are on September 6,2014.

RISK MANAGEMENT

In case of any emergency;

such as health problems, bad weather conditions or tecnique problems,

we’ll be handling an emergency check list for all event crew members. As a

crew, our responsibilities will be analyzing the problem quickly, and directing

the people or situations without loosing time, which includes time

management too.

Those are the precautions that we’ll take;

For health problems:

• 1 ambulance and in total 4 health crew members

(1 EMT, 1 Nurse, 1 driver and 1 co-driver)

RISK MANAGEMENT

For unexpected bad weather conditions:

• We are going to take notice of the last 3 years’ weather condition report.

• A current weather condition report analyze will be asked too, from İzmir General

Directorate of Meteorology

• 300 nylon raincoats, and 2 big backup tents for raining condition.

• The backup stabilizers and nails of stants and canopies for williwaw condition. (ani

sert rüzgar)

• 500 trucker hats for scorching or burning sun condition.

For tecnique problems:

• 2 techincal maintaince crew

• 2 + 1 backup power genarators

POST-EVENT

• The packing up process of the event area and

equipments

• De-brief for the all event crew

• Preparing of event analysis report and presenting to the

sponspor brands of the event

• Criterias for Success: The news about the event,

published by media and the sales rates of Onur Air in

that day
