An acronym ( from Greek acro- in the sense of extreme or tip and onyma or name) is an abbreviation of several words in such a way that the abbreviation itself forms a pronounceable word.

Acronym is the name for a word formed from the first letters of each word in a phrase

Example :

Blending is one of the many ways new words are made in English. It refers to joining the beginning of one word and the end of another to make a new word with a new meaning.

Example :

to enrich the language and getting the language will evolve and grow

to shorten words can increase our ability to enrich vocabulary
