LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT | Technology & Church The Adventist Church Management System (ACMS) is an administrative system used by the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s treasuries and school office. Its function is to facilitate the management and control of active and inactive members. The system requires internet and allows the responsible to take actions such as inclusions and removals of members, transfers, tithes control and offers and instant statistical reports. The main benefits of a software such as ACMS are: global platform, to transfer an online member to any division in the world, real-time statistical reporting, control of all member-related actions and detailed history of each one and the possibility of choosing new officers for positions and departments. Features (Membership): Minister: Inclusion and removal of ministers in the system. Voting: It allows the creation of a nominating committee to elect and vote on new officers for a particular function. Church Officers: Inclusion and management of new officers related to any department. Contacts: It allows viewing contact information of churches, pastors, church officials and entity officials. Management of a targeted public: It allows the management of registered people who are interested in the religion/education in a given event. Ministerial: It allows the visualization of ministerial planning. The Adventist Secretary Administration System (ASAS) is a system used by IASD institutions administrators in the

South American Division. Its main function is to manage the workers’ profiles and their movements from year to year.

The system requires the use of internet and allows actions such as to register workers and their dependents, local

and inter-unions callings, changes of functions and SSF (standard scale factor), control of promotions like workers

entry and reentry, annual reviews and much more.

The main objective of ASAS is to computerize the records and workers’ profiles, centralizing, on a single basis, all

DSA workers, providing an easy and agile research of any information from the workers.
