ABSTRACT

Helpmates automates the process of claiming the medical Insurance by an Employee to the company or organization. Most of the previous work in this field was based on the manual way, where an Employee has to claim the insurances by applying through filling a form in written and which was processed manually. After several days of processing that claim reaches to the Supervisor who will approve or disapprove based on some conditions. Then the status of the claim was sent back to the Employee which also takes time. Thus the process was a very lengthy, time taking and the resources were wasted as well.

Helpmates is designed and developed with a motive to reduce the time and length of the process and to facilitate the Employee with a fast and efficient system where he/she can register to the system then log in and provide details. Then the Supervisor will also register then log in and validate the Claim and approve or disapprove the claim. Hence it saves lots of resources and time, the response to the Employee is also very quick. The Employee can see his/her claim’s status any time just by logging on to the system, similarly the Supervisor can see all the claims that are made, approved claims as well as disapproved claims. Hence making the system more efficient and user friendly.

When it comes to staffing any company, it need a partner who understands the business and can help maximize the performance. At Helpmates it go beyond traditional staffing methods to bring the results needed.
