The new Avon Representatives and Sales Leaders attending this session should have successfully completed Achieve Conversations 1 and 2. Welcome | 2 minutes

Welcome everyone and highlight the session objectives: • Meet other Representatives and share experiences.

• Discover how an Avon party can increase earnings.

• Learn about Avon Skin Care and build your Skin Care sales.

• Take your Avon business to the next level!

Introductions | 10 minutes

Have everyone introduce themselves. Ask them:• What brought you to Avon?

• What accomplishments have you had so far?

• What is your favorite Skin Care product?

• What are your short and/or long-term goals?

Recognize participant accomplishments, such as:• NRDP (New Representative Development Program).

• First level of President’s Club.

• New to Avon Sales Leadership Program.

• Recruited their first Representative.

Invitation List | 10 minutes

Have everyone take out their Invitation List. • Ask participants to share a success story for finding a new Customer.

• Ask if anyone has had challenges with finding new Customers.

• Ask participants to think of suggestions to overcome the challenges mentioned.

• Suggest an Avon Party as a great way to grow their Invitation List.

Avon Party | 10-15 minutes

Explain how to organize an Avon party using Invite, Inform and Inspire:• Invite guests to your party.

• Inform them about Avon products.

• Inspire them to buy products or learn more about the Avon opportunity.

Talk about preparing for an Avon party. Ask: • Who can you include on your invitation list?

Have them look at the list in their Believe Book and remind them of the Power of 3.

• What are some party themes you can think of? Glowing Skin for Spring, Chase the Blahs, Mardi Gras, etc.

• How would you create and send invitations? Show templates and encourage creativity.

• What activities can you do at the party? Try samples and demos, play games, hold raffles.

• Which products should you use for demos? Suggest featuring a single Skin Care brand; Anew, Elements or Clearskin.

Remind everyone that having an Avon party is a great way to increase sales with current and new Customers!

Introduce Skin Care:• Talk about the features of the Skin Care brand your are

featuring; Anew, Elements or Clearskin.

• Give everyone an Avon Skin Care Selector Tool and review how to use with Customers.

• Have everyone find the brand that is right for them using the tool.

• Next, have everyone look in the Avon brochure for Skin Care products they would like to try and have them share the products they are interested in.

Demo Skin Care Products:• Pass the demo or sample Skin Care products around.

• Make sure everyone gets to try the products.

• Ask participants for ideas on presenting Skin Care at an Avon party and to share what they might say.

Guest Speaker (optional) | 5 minutes

If you have a successful Sales Leader who can share their story with the group, give them 5 minutes to share the benefits of Avon’s Sales Leadership Program opportunity and then give participants a chance to ask questions. Share your own personal story about being an Avon Sales Leader as well.

Closing | 5 minutes

Thank everyone for their participation:• Ask if anyone has questions or comments.• Tell participants where to find additional Avon party planning materials online.• Encourage them to plan an Avon party and ask them to follow up with

you afterwards.• Let them know you will reach out to them soon to see how you can

support them.• Ask if anyone is interested in learning more about the Avon Sales Leadership

Program and schedule a Sales Leadership Program conversation with them.
