    AC Track Head

    1.Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

    Functional roles:

    Setting moderators selection criteria, and selecting them under the supervision of the AC head.

    Cooperate with the AC Head aligning track moderators to ACES vision, values & strategy.

    Following up on plans, KPIs, objectives and quality standards, and reporting to the AC head

    periodically.

    Coordinate with AC head and marketing committees getting ACES academic & full sponsors.

    Applying effective technical and personal investment for track moderators in coordination

    with the OD.

    Applying effective team building for each workshop & supporting team building for the whole

    AC.

    Prepare estimate budget and sponsorship requirements for each workshop.

    Develop knowledge and skills related to work from different sources.

    Organizational roles:

    Along with track heads, cooperate with the AC head to create an open and free environment

    that encourages creativity and empowerment of the AC.Representing moderators in board meetings.

    Enhancing the organization reputation by being a role model in and outside ACES.

    Facilitate the communication between the track workshops and ACES different entities.

    Implementing the above roles applying ACES code of ethics, ACES culture, values & standards.

    1.Job purpose and summary:

    The FD will be responsible for: ACES Financial State with the aim of achieving the vision of ACES12.

    2.Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

    Functional roles:

    Cooperating with OC Head and EMD for Setting OC heads selection criteria.

    Act as an OC Head if needed

    Coordination among committees and committee heads on common projects if needed.

    Managing all Paper and legal work required by OC heads & EMD ( )

    Keeps financial documents

    Setting Budget plan for each phase with OC heads and merging final financial plan with HB and

    president.

    Collecting and receiving money and in-kind supplies from different sources.

    Prepare & Monitor on Final estimate budget for entire year for the OC .

    Set Risk financial Plan with OC head

    Have legal References ( )

    Organizational roles:

    Report on financial activities, progress and outputs of the whole OC in cooperation with EMD

    and provide relevant information & written reports to OC head

    Representing ACES financial image to college staff and to different entities outside ACES.

    The EMD will be responsible for: execution of OC coordination internally and externally with the aim of

    achieving the vision of ACES12.

    Coordinates with FD to report for needed legal work
