Creation of the Toolkit required that VHB bring together a wide group of stakeholders including representatives from FHWA, State Departmentsof Transportation, various Tribes and FLMAs, and consultants who work with Tribes and FLMAs.

At the five pilot locations, VHB provided extensive training throughout the entire process to assist locations initiate, conduct and sustain their RSA programs.
FLMAs and Tribal lands encompass a wide range of unique geometric and roadside conditions that possess significant historical, cultural and environmental constraints.

This is a map depicting the location of the primary management features. An integral part of this design was the outlet
structure, which allows for the manipulation of the water levels (by the adjustment of the control slide gates) within the central wetland area. The components of the outlet structure are depicted above.

Dewberry Consultants, LLC – Telegraph Road Interchange/Mainline Reconstruction
The Telegraph Road Bridge over Cameron Run replaced the old structure and was constructed in three stages in order to maintain traffic and features jointless, low maintenance features. This photo shows the final stage prior to placement of the deck concrete.
A new 3‐cell box culvert was required to carry a tributary to Cameron Run under the proposed high fills required for the Southern Grade Separation ramps.
