Course Description:
This module represents a comprehensive study to the theory and practice of important
elements of Accounting and Corporate Finance. Knowledge of this is essential for any
managers in business, as it underpins decision making on so many levels. This module
aim to provide participants with a theoretical and practical overview of the issues faced
by businesses in making investment, evaluating risk and structuring funding
requirements. This includes an appraisal of how such decisions are actually made in the
real world by reference to guiding principles.
