  • 2. In this tutorial you will learn how to maintain business partners in the Account Management of the People-Centric UI of CRM, how to track interactions, how to store product-related data in activities and how Territory Management assists you in automatically determining the right employee.

  • 3. The menu bar in the SAP Tutor application provides you with several options for proceeding through the tutorial.

    You can use "Settings" to control how the presentation progresses. By pressing the "Play" button you can switch to "Demo" mode.

  • 4. Log on to the Enterprise Portal which provides a new interface. The CRM applications are accessed from the portal roles running in the browser. Please press the "Logon" button.

  • 5. Enter "Johnsonp" and press tab.

  • 6. Enter the password "welcome" and hit "Enter".
