We are fortunate to be invited by the University of Nevada Las Vegas to stay on their campus during the 2018 Lions Clubs Intern onal Conv on. This is a great opportunity for your band to a end and be able to stay awayfrom the Strip. You can book rooms for all students & Chaperones . You must book and pay for all rooms needed. Each room has 2 beds seperated by a Jack and Jill bathroom; the room is able to accommodate 4 students.Each room will come with full bedding. Parents traveling with bands are allowed to have rooms as well.No TV in the rooms but WIFI is available. Each oor has a common area with a TV and vending machines.

These prices are guaranteed un ugust 2017. There may be a slight increase for 2018.Overnight rooms: $54 per night for singles; $27 per night/per person for double occupancy.

Dining Bu et meals: - Breakfast is $7.72 per person - Lunch is $9.77 per person - Dinner is $10.82 per person - Brunch is $9.77 per personOn weekends, there is only Brunch (Not breakfast)

The Dining Common is an all you can eat facility featuring an array of serving st ons that provide a variety offoods to sa sfy individual tastes, dietary needs, and preference. Please let Heather know if you will need to purchase meal cards for the group.

Insurance and Deposit Schedule: These will be included in the terms and cond ons in the agreement. The basics are that we ask for a 10% deposit at the me of con g, 65% at 30-days out (for a total of 75%)and then the balance following the event. You'll want to get your room block es mate as close as you can toavoid can on fees. Band is responsible for cost of all rooms reserved. No refunds.Not guaranteed not to sell out. Bands must show proof of insurance.
