● A chef and the owner of Rialto in Cambridge and TRADE in Boston, Jody Adams has received substantial praise for her commitment to supporting local farmers while serving dishes characterized by creativity and seasonality.
● Her exceptional work in the kitchen has earned her a James Beard Award, as well as accolades from Food & Wine, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and Gourmet.
● Ms. Adams earned the respect of a national audience while competing on the second season of BRAVO TV’s Top Chef Masters and has since earned induction into the Massachusetts Hospitality Hall of Fame.

Humanitarianism● In addition to her wonderful cuisine,
Jody Adams has distinguished herself through significant work with organizations spearheading hunger relief efforts, especially among children, both domestically and internationally. She works closely with The Greater Boston Food Bank, Partners in Health, and Share Our Strength, which gave her its Humanitarian of the Year award in 2010.
Collaboration & Entrepreneurship● Over the course of her career, Ms.
Adams has worked with several famed Boston chefs, including Lydia Shire and Gordon Hamersley.
● She opened Rialto in 1994 and used the restaurant’s phenomenal success to launch her second establishment, TRADE.
