experienced car trouble, encountered poor weather conditions, could no afford gas prices)

Individuals living in small towns and rural settings without access to local treatment facilities

Parents or legal guardians who cannot obtain childcare Individuals with limited mobility or physical disabilities Individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)• 6 weeks long• 9-10 hours per week

• 1.5 hour synchronous group sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings (4.5 hours total)

• 4.5 hours online completing modules and daily, guided group discussions

• Synchronous individual session each week

Family Intensive Treatment (FIT)• 4 weeks long• 5 hours per week

• Daily, guided group discussions• Synchronous group session each
